These terms govern your use of InviteMeOut. By creating an account or an event you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You must be old enough to use online services in your country.
Your content
You keep ownership of the texts, photos and music you upload. You give InviteMeOut permission to host and display them so your event pages work. You must have the rights to everything you upload, including background music.
Events and guests
Organizers are responsible for their events, the information on event pages and how they use guests' answers and contact details. InviteMeOut is not a party to agreements between organizers and guests.
Acceptable use
Don't publish illegal, misleading, hateful or dangerous events, spam, or content that infringes others' rights. We may hide or remove such content and suspend accounts. See our Community guidelines.
Service
The service is provided “as is”. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
